The Big Apple !

We've just arrived to New York City and I can tel its a very special atmosphere here ! Everything goes so much faster and when we come to the 8th street and close to Broadway everything started to remind me of Las Vegas !! All the big buildings, the strong lights from huge billboards - I love it :)

We have already seen some cool stuff of New York but tomorrow the plan is to see so much we can before it's time to celebrate New Year's Eve !!!

Back in America !

Now I'm back in America after celebrate Christmas with my family in Sweden ! It was nice to have a white Christmas and see some old friends and family !

I'm staying with my friend in Washington DC and tomorrow morning we will drive up to New York City to celebrate New Year's Eve ! It will be my first time in New York and my first american New Year's Eve !!!

Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year !

I started a big and a new adventure 2009 by moving to United Sates of America to take my racing carrier to the next level. When I’m looking back of this year it has been a great experience and I cannot believe it’s almost a new year already ! I’m in Sweden right now to celebrate Christmas with my family and I’m pretty excited to have a white Christmas this year !

I’m also very excited to start the next year by celebrate New Year’s Eve in New York City ! I’ve never been there before but I’m sure the whole celebration will be quite different from what I’m used to !

I’m looking forward to year 2010 a lot, I believe it will be a great year both in my racing carrier, business and all the people I’ll have around me and work with ! I don’t have any New Year’s resolution but I’ll keep my philosophy; Life is full of opportunities and hard work is profitable.


I would like to thank all of you for your support this year and I wish you have a safe and great holidays !

Freezing Sweden !

My flight to Sweden went great ! saw couple of movies, listen to music and slept for awhile and suddenly I was in Sweden ! And when I walked out from the airport a cold wind come against me and I saw 8 inches of snow !!

Two days ago I was in Florida with warm wind and palm trees and now freezing cold and snow ! I trying to acclimate here in Sweden with everything and I can tell it was awhile ago I was here !

To Sweden...

I'm sitting in the airplane right now on my way to Sweden ! The last couple of days has been great, been able to be in California, Florida, Washington DC and now heading to Sweden throw London. It will be great to meet my family and friends again plus I've some really exciting work to do with my racing as well !!

From Florida to Washington DC !

Yesterday was a long travel day, I drove with my friend all the way up to Washington DC ! 14 hours later we went from warm wind, palm trees and now brown leafs on the ground plus you need to wear a warm jacked ! And tomorrow I'll land in Sweden and everything will be even colder !

This morning we did a good workout then it has been a lot of phone calls and e-mails to finish everything before I leave America for the holidays !

Successful day !

Today I've been at the big racing performance show the whole day. It was very successful and I met many great people and companies ! I really like Florida, the humanity its high but its so nice ! Tomorrow morning I'll heading up to Washington DC and the day after that I'm flying to Sweden !

Orlando, Florida !

The flight to Florida went very well and when we stepped out from the airplane it was so warmed outside ! We checked in to the hotel and then we ate and walked around in downtown ! Its really nice with all the palm trees, small lakes and the lights every where ! And today will be a big and a long day at the PRI-Show !

Bye Bye California !

God morning !

This morning I'm leaving California to fly to Florida. I'm very excited to arrive to a warmer place but also visit the PRI-show. I've couple of meetings there that will be very interesting then I'm heading up to Washington DC ! I'll be traveling for a month now and this monday Sweden is next ! Celebrating Christmas with my family then fly back to Washington DC and then go up to New York City to celebrate new years eve ! After all that the plan is to go back to California and the reality !

...The End

After the brake problem the crew did a great job to make the car run again ! After couple of laps we did some fine tuning on the set up and the car was really good ! We run good and it felt we're back in the game but suddenly the water temperature went up really high and our race was over :(

135 mph and no brakes !

Now I've done my session and we had a little problem, we worked on the set up and made it much better and everything was looking good. We decided to take the wing off for my session...aww okay, little scary but it help a lot! But then on the straightaway 135 mph and tried to brake and the brake paddle just went down to the floor - No brakes ! It was little scary but I managed to not hurt the car and drove back to the pit. The brakes melt and we have been struggling to find parts but we have everything we need and the car will be back at the track soon !

Go Go Go !

Its almost 11am now and the start will be any minute ! Our driver Tony B is first out, Tony is a professional formula drifter ! Everything looks good with the car and I'm really excited ! I'll be the third driver and be in the seat about 2 hours from here !

So Crazy !

We just qualified and we run late with the spring and brake change so we lost a lot of time for the qualified. And then the team decided I should qualified ! With new handling, tons of cars out there plus it was my first driving in the dark, I didn't even had time to change my dark visor but I just drove Flat out !!!

Time for Qualification !?

Its now after lunch and we've done a lot of laps and working on the set up, the car gets better and better ! Now we try with harder springs at the rear for the qualification - let's hope it works !!!

Everything went great until...

The transmission started to leak :(
We made the car go faster and faster and I managed to do some really good lap times, the boss was happy so that was good ! But then it came so much smoke in the cockpit and I couldn't see anything !! So our day is over but we'll get everything we need tomorrow, its all good !

Couple of laps later !

Now it's lunch break and all of us have done laps in the car. The car is so good and reliable and will be perfect for endurance racing ! After lunch we will try to make the set up little harder, and also try to save the tires as much as possible !

God Morning !

Its 6am and I'm sitting in the car on my up to the race track ! Today is the first official test day from 9am to 5pm so we should have plenty of time to figure out a good set up - I hope !!!

Time to Race...!

I get invited to race the NASA 25 hrs at Thunderhill December 3-6 2009 !!!

It's a perfect way to finish the race season and the year with some really cool endurance racing. The team I'll race for is Works Motorsports who are a professional rally and drifting team with factory help from Mitsubishi. All the guys are super cool and they have top class equipment and I really looking forward to the race !

The car we will race is a 2010 Mitsubishi Evo X, all wheel drive, produce 350 hp and with paddle shifting ! We are four drivers splitting on 25 hrs so it will be a lot of driving and Thunderhill Raceway is a really fun race track with a lot of altitude changes !!

My first....

Thanksgiving ! Now I've had my first American Thanksgiving !!

It was great; so much good food, surrounded by great people and when you think about it you has a lot of to be thankful for!

The day started with some phone calls about a cool event I'll do this weekend then we saw the thanksgiving parade from New York City. Then it was time to burn some engergy before the dinner with some walking in a nice nature park where the Indians lived before.

I also read some books about the history of Thanksgiving which was very interesting ! After that the turkey was done and a big table was served with so much good food !




























The day after Thanksgiving was the Black Friday, all the shooping stores have huge sales and a lot of people do all their Christmas shopping. Some poeple even camped outside the stores and you have to be their before 5 am to be able to get all the great sales ! So I decided to run and work out for three hours instead !

Good or Bad...?!

This week was Friaday 13th and both in America and in Sweden it's reconized to be bad luck ?! I've never been awared and been thinking if my day will be good or not but this year I waked up and realized its Friday 13th. Even when I was well known about it my day turned out to be a really good one!

I had some really good phone calls and meetings that will play a big roll 2010 then I get a free lunch and then I met up with a friend to go to a car show ! It was great fun and we're able to test drive a lot of cars. I get really suprised how good the new Ford's sedan cars have been ! But the best from the day was to drive the new Corvette and the new Camaro SS around the track ! The tires was smoking, the enigen was screaming and I was smilling :)

Secound saturday of every month all the art galleries in downtown are open and a friend of mine did a such a great job and where able to show her's arts. All the artist had to do 20 paintings in one special theme and her's theme was Sweden, she is really good and it was very great to see !

Lunch for 1 dollar !

The leaves have starts to fall now in Northern California and the stores are filled with Christmas stuff, even before Thanksgiving ! I went to IKEA with some great friends for lunch and when I come in to the restaurant I saw that Today's Lunch was for 1 dollar ! Only one dollar, that's pretty amazing, plus it taste good !

It's startes to get cooler here but our outside pool is still warm and it's kind of weird for me to be able to swim in middle of November ! I like it, plus it's great work out !

This week I've been at Infineon Raceway for meetings and planning for 2010 racing season ! Like always at Infineon you get connected with some cool cars and people who like to share their knowledge and experience !

I also visit a cool airplane museum, when I was a little kid I wanted to be a fighter pilot ! But instead I started with racing !

All the way up there...!

A lot of things have happened since the last time I wrote here ! It's been a lot of meetings and planning's for next year ! I'm really excited and I hope 2010 will be the best year ever ?! That's how it looks right now...?!?!
Otherwise I tried rock climbing for the first time in my life !!! I had a great time and I really recommend it, if you're not a big fan of heights !!

It's a really cool place and Yes, you have to make it all the way up there :)

You can really tell that the summer is over now, even in California ! But we still have some nice days and sometimes it's been up to 86 F/30 C !

I get invited to Apple Hill ! California is famous for their wine district but they even have a special Apple district !!! It's a nice area with beautiful view and of course fresh and tasteful apples !

Everything is bigger in America ?!

Ones again...

Next weekend is Halloween, which is big deal here in America ! The stores have selling Halloween stuff for months now and people decorate their homes really stylish! It will be fun to celebrate a big holiday like Halloween in the American way !
